Eurowag, a leading provider of commercial transport solutions in Europe, is proud to announce the appointment of Sunny Mehta as Group Chief Commercial Officer. Sunny joins Eurowag’s Board of Directors after spending the past 12 years in senior commercial leadership positions at Apple, and most recently at Google, working at the forefront of some of the world’s most innovative and successful technology products. His main focus has been on launching first-of-a-kind technology devices and platforms across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Sunny joins Eurowag to help drive growth strategy and build best-in-class commercial operations. As CCO he will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and development of the geo-market approach for sales and monetisation of the Eurowag products and services and will assume responsibility for leadership of all commercial activities, including Regional Geo-Sales teams, Strategic Partnerships, Brand, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales Operations.

During his six-year tenure at Google, Sunny was responsible for setting up the Google Devices and Services business unit, leading the sales and monetisation efforts for Direct-to-Customer, B2B and B2C channels. His successful launches during this period include the market’s first Cloud Computing platform, Smart-Home IoT products, and Digital Voice Assistant on behalf of Google.
Prior to Google, Sunny was at Apple for 6 years as part of the Global Sales team tasked with the launch and scale of iOS products, including iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, across EMEA. Specifically, he was responsible for developing market plans, forging strategic partnerships and opening new sales channels, as well as the development of pricing propositions and growth initiatives.
